She was appointed the rank of Assistant Professor of Surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine. There, she actively participated in both clinical and industry research, including several large multicenter trials.

She is an active member of the Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS), the New England Society for Vascular Surgery (NESVS), the Vascular & Endovascular Surgery Society (VESS), and is an American College of Surgeons (ACS) Fellow. She was recently awarded the Society for Vascular Surgery’s Leadership Development Award. She continues to serve as a reviewer for several vascular surgery publications.

Outside of her work in the field of vascular surgery, Beth serves as a board member for Hope on a String, a nonprofit to fund a community center in Haiti. She lives with her family in South Portland, where in her free time she enjoys working with the local pug rescue organization and traveling to destinations a bit off the beaten path.
